- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The employees at Live in Eau Claire are always polite and willing to help me if I have an issue. If I contact maintenance, they usually stop by in a timely manner. When my apartment started being showed to possible tenants, the managers allowed me to set my own times, so I could be home during the showings. Overall, the people who work here are great and try their hardest to maintain a proper building for their tenants. The actual tenants can be a bit loud at times (mostly after finals and during football games), but it is manageable, and if it's not the managers are good about asking tenants to keep it down.By sara mihor, December 13, 2017
