  Not much to say except I know a few people that have rented and that are renting. I've been in a few appartments and they seemed pretty nice and clean. Cozy but spacious. The lots need new safe and more conveniently accessable entrances. Tenants have also said the sane thing.

  Units are clean and well-maintained. Maintenance is timely and considerate. Rent is fantastic for all that's included. Electricity is very affordable. Lots of green-space, sport courts and a play-a-rama for kids.

  I'm surprised at the negative reviews- maybe they stepped it up in maintenance in the past year. Granted I've only lived there for a few months, but we've been really happy. Nice place, convenient location, everything was in good working order when we moved in. Upon move-in, the place was very clean, freshly painted and maintained, new bulbs, everything works great. The AC runs from the time we get home until we go to bed and it's nice and cool and the electricity bill is surprisingly low. Not sure what to expect in the winter, but only time will tell. The garbage/recycling is kind of a long way to walk, and the hallway and tunnel to the garage is kind of icky, but whatever, I can live with that. Also, parking is never an issue for me, the lot and garage both have plenty of spots that can be filled. As far as the management, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They're very nice and willing to help out, as far as I can tell. Like I said, it's only been a few months, so perhaps things will change, but it's been a great place to live so far. It's mine and my boyfriend's first place together, and it's definitely the nicest place we toured in EC and hands down the best price- we don't regret it at all. I'm interested to see how things go down the road, and will report accordingly, but so far, VERY satisfied.
